Basket Weave Crochet Stitch

I am making a celtic cable throw for my living room, using the pattern by Bonnie Bay Crochet. One of the patterns is a basket weave. Here is the pattern for it.

Make a chain

Rows 1-3: Ch2  SK1 3FPDC 3BPDC (continue till end), HDC in last stitch

Rows 4-6: Ch2 SK1 3BPDC 3FPDC (revers of rows 1-3), HDC in last stitch

Keep repeating 1-3 and 4-6 till you get the length you want
